The After Hours Pass
Restoring the pass
Sign in with the same Apple ID in Me › Log in, or tap Restore purchase on the After Hours Pass screen.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your progress
Syncing between devices
Sign in with Apple on each device, using the same Apple ID. Progress syncs while the app is open and online.
Hide My Email
If you use Hide My Email, we see only Apple’s relay address, which forwards to your email.
Playing offline
The first six works are included in the app and play offline. Other works download as you play and are stored on your device; iOS may remove them when storage is low.
Asked to update
Some new content requires the latest version. Update Missing Piece from the App Store.
Your account
Deleting your account
If you have signed in with Apple, go to Me › Settings › Delete account. Otherwise, contact us from Me › Contact the team.
