These terms govern your use of Missing Piece, together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Our privacy policy describes how we handle your information.
Using the app
You may use Missing Piece on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or misuse the app, or attempt to access parts of the service not intended for you.
Your account
You can use the app without an account. Purchasing the After Hours Pass requires Sign in with Apple. You can delete your account at any time in Me › Settings.
The After Hours Pass
Purchase
A one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks every collection, including those added later, and the features listed on the purchase screen.
Payment
Apple processes the payment, at the price shown in the App Store.
Restore
The pass is tied to your Apple ID. To use it on another device, sign in or tap Restore purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, access to the pass is removed.
Withdrawal
The pass is digital content delivered immediately on purchase. You agree that you lose any right of withdrawal once it is delivered, except where applicable law or Apple’s refund policy provides otherwise.
Family
The pass is not available through Family Sharing.
Content
The artworks are in the public domain or used under open licences; sources and licences are listed in Me › Credits. All other content in the app, including text, narration and design, belongs to us.
Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove content and features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app or its server will always be available.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that misuses the service.
